Ship Your Projector for Repair

1) Pack it safely. Put the projector in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture. Do not send power cords or mounts — remove the ceiling mount before packing.

2) Include your details. Fill in the Shipping Form (or simply write your name, phone number, address and the problem on a paper) and put it inside the box. You can also print our Address Label and tape it to the parcel.

3) Use enough padding. Use a strong box with 3–6 inches of bubble wrap or foam around the projector. This is very important for heavy projectors and lenses — never squeeze a projector into a box without padding.

4) Send by courier. Send the parcel by SA Paribahan, Sundarban Courier or any reliable courier, and keep the receipt/tracking number. Please call or WhatsApp us at +8801921-112055 when you send it.

5) Free estimate. We will contact you within 1–3 working days after receiving your projector with a free estimate and repair time. We never start work without your approval. Schools and companies can confirm by purchase/work order.
