Yes – the warranty for all projector repairs is 3 months.

NO. You can come to our service at any time during the business hours.

You should only attach items that might be related to the problem. If you are not sure please contact us. Please do not ship/bring projector mounts.

We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp within 1–3 working days after we receive your projector, with a free repair estimate.

No. We do not charge any refusal fee. If you decide not to repair, you can collect your projector from our shop, or we can send it back by courier (you only pay the courier charge). We can also dispose of it for you if you wish.

Most repairs are completed within 3–7 working days after you approve the estimate when parts are in stock, and 5–14 working days when parts must be ordered. If parts take longer, we will call you with an update.

Yes. We regularly work with schools, colleges, universities and companies. After we send the estimate, you can confirm the job with a purchase/work order by e-mail.

We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and credit/debit cards. Organizations can also pay against a purchase/work order.

Yes. As soon as the repair is done we will call or WhatsApp you. Dhaka customers can pick up from our shop; for customers outside Dhaka we send it back by SA Paribahan or Sundarban Courier and share the tracking details.
