How to get your Optoma projector repaired
- Bring it to our shop at Sahera Tropical Centre, 218 New Elephant Road, Dhaka — or send it by courier from outside Dhaka.
- Get a free estimate by phone or WhatsApp, usually within 1–3 working days.
- Approve the repair — we repair, clean and test it.
- Collect it from the shop or receive it by courier.

Can you repair a 4K Optoma projector?
Yes. We inspect 4K and Full-HD Optoma projectors and give a free estimate before any repair.
My Optoma turns off by itself. What is wrong?
Most often it is overheating from dust or a failing fan. We clean the projector fully and replace the fan if needed.
